Are your products authentic? 

We would never condone or sell anything fake. We live and breathe preloved / second hand designer handbags & accessories. We are passionate about what we do! We would never jeopardize your trust with us.

All our second hand / preloved designer handbags & accessories go through an extensive and vigorous authentication process. We also use third party authenticators such as Authenticate First, Real Authentication and Entrupy who are world class experts in the field of authentication of luxury items. 

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for items purchased from us. We endeavor to video and take photos of the items from every angle possible to show you the condition of the item. All sales are final.
What happens if the item I receive is a replica? 
In the very unlikely event that you receive a replica, we will back our claim and refund you 100% cost of the item. The item needs to be returned to us in its original state with all tags and packaging attached.
How much is shipping? and is the item insured when I purchase? 
Shipping on purchases is FREE unless the item is unusually large in size. If it’s the latter, then we may charge a fee on top.
We send our items via Australia Post (locally within Australia) or we use a trackable courier service. For our international clients we may use Australia Post (International) or DHL.
All parcels sent out from our warehouse are 100% insured. Rest assured if you do not receive your parcel, you will be refunded the full amount you paid.
Is lay-by available?
Yes! Please email or DM us to discuss. T&C's apply. 
When will I receive the item I’ve purchased? Does it include tracking? 
When you purchase from Pursefwd we will endeavor to post your item out on the same day or next business day after payment has been received. All of our items sent out to clients will come with a tracking number.
Please note, due to Covid-19 there has been a worldwide delay in shipping. Please allow some time for your item to get to you.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept direct deposit, PayPal, Western Union and all major credit cards. Surcharges may apply.
Can you hold an item for me? 
At Pursefwd we generally do not place items on hold. We work on a first come first serve basis.
Can you source my dream bag/item for me? 

Of course! Please fill out the form on the contact tab with the details of your wish list. A deposit is required.

Can I pick-up my item?
Not at the moment as Covid-19 restrictions are still in place where we are located.


How do I sell my items with Pursefwd? 
Please refer to our sell tab.
How much do you charge for commission? 
We pride ourselves in our competitive rate of commission.  We charge a flat rate of 15% on items sold for more than $2,000 and a flat $250.00 for items sold for below $2,000 (Australian Dollars).
How do I send my items in for consignment? 
You can send items in via Australia Post to us if we mutually agree to consignment terms. We can also help organize a courier to pick up your item for a fee. We are currently only accepting items from sellers based in Australia.
Can you help authenticate an item for a fee? 
Unfortunately, we do not authenticate or issue certificates of authentication. We can only do this for clients who sell or buy with Pursefwd.
In what condition do you accept pre-loved items? Can my item be rejected for consignment?
We accept handbags and luxury goods in excellent to pristine condition. If you are unsure, we recommend you contact us first. We do however reserve the right to reject items as we see fit. Items with serial numbers that have been removed or tampered with or items that have been modified are usually items we reserve the right to accept or reject. We deal with this on a case by case basis.
Can you clean my bag for me? 
Sorry, we do not deep clean bags here.
Why should I consign with you? 
We are an Australian registered business. We abide to all consumer laws in Australia and remain accountable for our business practices. We take on the risk of selling and buying so you do not have to. Selling your item can be a stressful, long and mundane process. We can eliminate your worries and concerns. Our fees are highly competitive compared to major online consignment stores or eBay/PayPal seller fees.
What if we discover that your bag is not authentic?
If through our thorough authentication processes, we discover that your bag is not authentic we will charge an authentication and shipping fee in accordance with the consignment agreement signed.
I’ve changed my mind about selling my item, can you return it to me? 
Yes, we can return it to you but there will be an administration and shipping fee in accordance with the consignment agreement signed.
How long does it take for my item to sell?
We ask that you give us 6-8 weeks to properly market and explore all opportunities to sell your item. Marketing is under our discretion.
